Join us for an unforgettable evening of pizza, wine, and Italian-inspired indulgence. We’re celebrating with scholarship recipient and rising culinary talent, Richie Beretta!

Born and raised in New York, Richie discovered his love of cooking and baking alongside his Italian Nonna, whose passion for food and family inspired his culinary journey from an early age. After recently earning his culinary certificate from Le Cordon Bleu in Florence, Richie is continuing his training this June in Naples, Italy, where he will complete an intensive month-long pizzaiuolo certification directly from the city of Naples.

For this special live demonstration, Richie will guide us through the art of authentic pizza making while preparing two delicious styles:

The evening begins with a trendy and flavorful mortadella appetizer — one of the most talked-about Italian bites on social media right now — paired with wine as guests enjoy Richie’s live pizza-making demonstration and hear stories from his culinary experiences abroad.
